Overview
An apartment interior stripped back to a single material language. Full-height oak joinery conceals storage, doors and services, leaving the living spaces uncluttered and quiet.
Challenge
A fragmented developer layout with low ceilings and awkward service cores.
Solution
A continuous joinery wall absorbed all services and circulation, freeing the plan into three generous, light-filled volumes.
