- Where is House of Tomorrow based?
- The studio is based in New Delhi and works on projects across India.
- Do you take on small projects?
- Yes. We take on apartments, renovations and single-room interiors alongside larger commissions.
Architecture & Interiors
- Do you offer architecture and interiors together?
- Most of our projects are integrated — one team from site analysis through to final styling.
- Will I receive 3D views?
- Yes. Photoreal visualisations are produced before working drawings begin.
Pricing & Timeline
- How are fees structured?
- Fees are a percentage of project cost or a fixed lump sum, agreed after the first consultation and scope definition.
- How long does a design stage take?
- Typically 8–14 weeks for a residence, depending on approvals and the pace of client decisions.
Consultation & Construction
- Is the first consultation chargeable?
- The introductory consultation is complimentary. Detailed site studies are billed separately.
- Do you supervise construction?
- We provide execution support with scheduled site visits and contractor coordination.
Vastu
- Do you design Vastu-compliant homes?
- Yes, and we integrate the principles at concept stage rather than correcting a finished plan.
- Can you advise on an existing home?
- Yes, through a remedial consultation with practical, non-destructive recommendations.
