Most Vastu conflicts arise late, when a plan is already fixed and a consultant is asked to approve it. Resolved at concept stage instead, the principles rarely fight good design.
Entry orientation, the placement of heavy mass to the south-west, water to the north-east, and the kitchen to the south-east are, read climatically, sensible responses to the Indian sun and wind.
Where a genuine conflict does appear, we present the trade-off honestly and let the family decide. Nothing is hidden behind mysticism.
